Exchangers and P2P platforms
TRON energy for exchangers and P2P platforms
Every closed deal ends with USDT released to a buyer. Deals close one at a time through the day, so transfers rarely line up, and each one needs energy on the sending wallet.
- 1
A deal is confirmed
The buyer has paid, and the platform or exchanger releases the USDT it held for the deal.
- 2
Energy covers the release
The sending wallet needs energy at that moment. Deals are spread out, so an order per deal or a standing top-up fits better than one big batch.
- 3
The buyer receives USDT
Buyers often use a fresh wallet with no USDT on it, which makes the transfer cost about twice the energy of one to a funded address.

Example day: deal times are spread at random. Each marker is a release; deals within 15 minutes of the first in a group share one order. Buyers' wallets are assumed to hold no USDT.
Where energy is spent
- One transfer per deal
- The release is a plain USDT transfer from the wallet that holds the deal's funds.
- New buyer wallets
- A wallet that has never held USDT makes the transfer cost about 131,000 Energy instead of 65,000.
- Quiet and busy hours
- A refill order tops the sending wallet up when its energy runs low, so a quiet night does not need anyone watching it.
What helps here
- REST API
- Webhooks
- Pay by invoice
- Auto-refill
What this does not cover
Because deals come singly, batching saves little here. The saving is from renting instead of burning TRX, not from combining transfers.
Questions
Is it worth renting for one transfer at a time?
Yes, when the alternative is burning TRX: a single transfer costs far less rented than burned. The order's flat fee is the same for one transfer or ten, so batching helps only when transfers really are close together.
Can I pay without an account?
Yes. Pay an invoice in TRX with just the sending address. An account adds a balance and the API.
